Making Women`s Networks Work

There has been a great deal of research identifying the barriers for women to progress in organisations.

Many of these barriers are created by an infrastructure that promotes gender inequality including - untenable childcare costs, non-flexible working and maternity leave rather than shared parental leave.

Many of our existing structures were designed for a predominantly male workforce and this has impacted on how women work in organisations.

Research points to areas of professional development that enable women to progress more effectively within existing structures.

These include-

  • Raising confidence and self esteem
  • Planning career paths
  • Building networks
  • Gaining internal sponsorship

Through experiential workshops and peer mentoring we organise your women`s network around these areas. We work with companies to ensure that their women's network contributes to the advancement of women in the business.
